Privacy Policy — TAKOYAKI STAR

ULALACA合同会社（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けゲーム「TAKOYAKI STAR（たこ焼きスター）」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく皆さまのプライバシーを尊重し、情報の適切な取り扱いを行うことを約束します。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して収集・利用される情報について説明します。

当社が直接収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要で、インストール後すぐにご利用いただけます。

ゲームの進行状況・ハイスコア・設定・購入状態などのセーブデータは、ご利用の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、本アプリを端末から削除すると、これらのデータもあわせて削除されます。

広告配信にともなって収集される情報

本アプリは無料で提供するため、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。AdMob は広告の配信および効果測定のために、以下の情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。

識別子	広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）、デバイスID
利用状況	広告の表示・クリックなどの広告関連データ、アプリの操作状況
端末情報	端末の種類、OSのバージョン、言語設定、おおまかな地域（IPアドレスに基づく）
診断情報	クラッシュ情報、動作状況に関する情報

これらの情報は広告の配信・測定のために Google が取得・利用するものであり、当社がご利用者個人を特定する目的で利用することはありません。

Google におけるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよびAdMob のデータ開示をご確認ください。

トラッキングの許可について（iOS）

iOS版では、アプリの起動時に「トラッキングを許可しますか」という確認（App Tracking Transparency）を表示します。

許可した場合：興味・関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）が配信されます。
許可しなかった場合：興味・関心に基づかない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）が配信されます。

どちらを選んでいただいても、ゲームの内容・進行に違いはありません。この設定は、iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。また、同じ画面または「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「Apple の広告」から、広告識別子をリセットすることもできます。

Android版では、「設定」→「Google」→「広告」から広告IDのリセットおよび削除が可能です。

アプリ内課金について

本アプリのアプリ内課金は、Apple App Store および Google Play を通じて行われます。決済に用いられるクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報は各ストアの運営者が取り扱い、当社がこれを取得・保存することはありません。

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリが利用する外部サービスは次のとおりです。

本アプリは、特に13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計・配信しているものではありません。当社が13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

ULALACA Inc. ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who plays TAKOYAKI STAR (the "App"), our game for smartphones, and is committed to handling information appropriately. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and used when you play the App.

Information We Collect Directly

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number or postal address. No account is required — you can play as soon as you install it.

Save data such as your progress, high scores, settings and purchase status is stored only on your device. It is never sent to our servers, and deleting the App from your device deletes this data along with it.

Information Collected Through Advertising

The App is offered free of charge and is supported by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may automatically collect the following:

Identifiers	Advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID), device ID
Usage	Advertising data such as impressions and clicks, and app interaction data
Device	Device model, OS version, language, approximate region (based on IP address)
Diagnostics	Crash logs and performance data

This information is collected and used by Google for ad delivery and measurement. We do not use it to identify you personally.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, the App shows the system tracking permission prompt when it starts.

If you allow tracking: you will see personalized ads based on your interests.
If you do not allow tracking: you will see non-personalized ads instead.

Either choice leaves the game itself completely unchanged. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and you can reset your advertising identifier from there or from Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by those stores; we never receive or store them.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide your information to third parties except where required by law. The App uses the following external services:

Children

The App is not designed or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
