ULALACA合同会社（以下「当社」）は、スマートフォン向けゲーム「KeeeKnight（キーナイト）」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく皆さまのプライバシーを尊重し、情報の適切な取り扱いを行うことを約束します。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して収集・利用される情報について説明します。

当社が直接収集する情報
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。アカウント登録も不要で、インストール後すぐにご利用いただけます。
削りの進行状況・完成したフィギュアのコレクション・所持アイテム・設定などのセーブデータは、ご利用の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、本アプリを端末から削除すると、これらのデータもあわせて削除されます。別の端末に引き継ぐ機能は現在ありません。

広告・トラッキングについて
本アプリは、広告を表示しません。広告配信事業者のSDKを組み込んでおらず、広告の配信や効果測定を目的とした情報の取得も行いません。
- 広告識別子（iOSのIDFA／Androidの広告ID）を取得・利用しません。
- 利用者を他社のアプリやウェブサイトにまたがって追跡することはありません。iOSのトラッキング許可の確認（App Tracking Transparency）も表示しません。
- アクセス解析・行動分析のためのツールを組み込んでいません。プレイ履歴やゲーム内の操作が当社や第三者に送信されることはありません。
将来、広告の表示や利用状況の分析を行う場合は、取得する情報と目的を本ポリシーに明記したうえで更新し、必要な同意の取得（iOSのトラッキング許可の確認など）を行います。

アプリ内課金について
本アプリのアプリ内課金は、Apple App Store および Google Play を通じて行われます。決済に用いられるクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報は各ストアの運営者が取り扱い、当社がこれを取得・保存することはありません。
購入した内容は端末内のセーブデータに記録されます。アプリを削除したり端末を変更したりすると、購入済みの内容が引き継がれない場合がありますのでご注意ください。

第三者への提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ご利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。本アプリが利用する外部サービスは、アプリの配信と課金の決済に関わる次のものに限られます。

お子様の利用について
本アプリは、特に13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計・配信しているものではありません。当社が13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

ULALACA Inc. ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who plays KeeeKnight (the "App"), our game for smartphones, and is committed to handling information appropriately. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and used when you play the App.

Information We Collect Directly
The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number or postal address. No account is required — you can play as soon as you install it.
Save data — your carving progress, your collection of finished figures, your items and your settings — is stored only on your device. It is never sent to our servers, and deleting the App from your device deletes this data along with it. There is currently no way to transfer it to another device.

Advertising and Tracking
The App shows no advertising. It embeds no advertising SDK, and it collects nothing for the purpose of delivering or measuring ads.
- It does not read or use advertising identifiers (the IDFA on iOS or the Advertising ID on Android).
- It does not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and it does not show the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- It embeds no analytics or behavioural-measurement tools. Your play history and in-game actions are not sent to us or to anyone else.
If we introduce advertising or usage analytics in the future, we will update this policy to state exactly what is collected and why, and obtain any consent required — including the iOS tracking permission prompt.

In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by those stores; we never receive or store them.
What you purchase is recorded in the save data on your device. Please note that purchases may not carry over if you delete the App or change devices.

Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide your information to third parties except where required by law. The only external services the App relies on are those involved in distributing it and processing purchases:

Children
The App is not designed or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in the App. When we make a significant change, we will post the updated policy and its revision date on this page.
